I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years in practice. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I use an eclectic approach in therapy: strengths-based, client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy among others. I have worked with people of many different ages, demographic statuses, etc. and find that, while we’re all different, at our core we are much the same. We seek peace inwardly and externally, want to find meaning in our lives and relationships, and want to leave a better world for future generations. My favorite quote is by Vincent van Gogh. It says “I am seeking. I am striving. I am in it with all my heart."
