I take an active, collaborative approach that aligns an individual's values with their behavior. I am passionate about supporting couples and individuals challenged by life transitions, self-esteem issues, struggles with relationship betrayal and trauma, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, and grief. I consider it a privilege to journey alongside clients as they move toward hope and healing. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Bible Institute and a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.
