Getting to know Deborah Sterling

I am Deborah Sterling, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino. I am dedicated to helping adults of all ages navigate mental health challenges and changes in their lives. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms and learn new coping mechanisms as we set and meet your objectives together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a broad range of experience and knowledge including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Stress, ADHD, Child Development, Adolescents, Adults, and LGTBQ+. Together, we will explore your challenges with curiosity and non-judgement, and our goal will be to learn healthy coping mechanisms that lead to lasting well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, I will ask you to describe specific struggles that make you feel stuck and share what you would like to accomplish in our work together. From there, I will tailor my approach to you as an individual and focus on techniques that will help you achieve those goals.
