I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, school avoidance, and social challenges. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered, providing a space where you feel fully accepted. Using evidence-based strategies like CBT, Gestalt, and motivational interviewing, I help clients break free from limiting beliefs and build inner peace. I also offer bariatric surgery evaluations.
