My approach I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to develop alternative perceptions that may challenge a faulty and irrational belief system into one that is more meaningful and realistic. Other modalities, such as mindfulness and other healing practices, can assist you in becoming more aware of the origins of behaviors and how to gracefully permit yourself to exhibit fierce self-compassion. Your goals and progress are my top priority.
