With a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Orange County, I combine professional training with personal understanding to support you fully. It's been said that love means willing the good of another. I will your good for you to come away ?better than before.? If you'd like, we can pray together, explore spiritual ways to heal and be at peace regardless of appearances, strained relationships, messy life stuff, and the ?folds? in you without judgment or shame.

We are on team YOU! I hear you, I want for your greater good. If love is willing the good of another, well then? You will not feel judged or shamed unless you put that on yourself. You may feel anxious or sad. I will help untangle these "negative cognitions" to reframe, construct, identify and move forward into the life you imagine. If you can see where it is you want to go, I am here to help make this happen using proven tools and interventions, add some creativity and robust solution finding.
