“Debra was the fourth person I met with in my efforts to find someone for talk therapy. I was getting so discouraged and ready to take a break from the constant anxiety of meeting someone new if this also was a bust.
I’m so, so glad I met with her. From our first meeting I felt completely at ease and completely comfortable with her. She’s easy to talk to and listens, letting me get out what I need to share. She offers suggestions for things and I don’t feel any judgment. If you’re looking for someone to be there to listen whether it’s about childhood trauma or your dog that’s giving you anxiety, she’s the one. Easy to schedule with, real life suggestions to implement and for improvement. Just the best. ”

As a busy person, I want my time respected. Debra was consistently late to our calls and said “we’ll doctors are never in time” to me when I asked about being late. Perhaps for someone without time constraints wouldn’t have an issue.

I have really enjoyed my time with Debra. I get the sense that she really wants to see you feel better, and tailors the treatment around you. She has been nothing but patient, understanding, and non-judgmental, which are all very important things when it comes to treating OCD. She is the only therapist that I feel like I made progress with, and I always look forward to our sessions.

Debra is amazing! She genuinely cares about my well-being and I’m comfortable talking to her (even though I have bad social anxiety). I felt like therapy helped me a lot because I learned a lot of methods to help me with my anxiety. I have more confidence now in myself and in overcome the struggles. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

The journey toward selfness and self-love is lifelong, but a good therapist can help you feel like you are on the right track. This therapist supports your journey and helps you take ownership of it, and she offers no judgment along the way. It is clear that her goal is to guide you to become an independent, active agent in your life. I can’t speak for everyone, but for me, that’s the most important quality I look for in a therapist. Recommend.

I've been seeing Debbie through Teladoc for therapy for anxiety disorders. She's helped me a lot! I'm doing much better after working with her for a few months. She's kind, listens, and has great suggestions and recommendations. She's also funny. We've had some good laughs. Highly recommend!

Debra has helped me so much, just being there to listen and help me organize my thoughts and feelings. She helped me think rationally and talk about my fears out loud to hear them and talk them through. She gave me some amazing tools to focus on and help me through my anxiety. I always looked forward to our sessions because I knew I would come out of the session with a clearer mind.

I received excellent care form Dr. Bichachi. It was for me more of the wordings in our discussions and asking the same things a different way. Even though it's all been through video chat it's always been a warm, trusting, comfortable environment. I liked that when I didn't want to discuss something it was respected and not pushed. I was never judged. I appreciated that. I started in January and I was a mess. We are now in September and I am 95% myself again. There's more I can say but not here in an open forum.

I absolutely love Debra and the therapy techniques she uses. Debra makes me feel listened to and understood. Prior to finding Debra I was at the point of losing a very important relationship because I was allowing past traumas to effect it. Finding Debra was the best thing that could of happened to me. I am a totally different person because of the techniques I have learned. My relationship is now better and stronger than ever. I myself have changed as a person and I am so proud of who I have become all with the help of Debra. I highly recommend using Debra for your therapy needs, you will not be disappointed.
