Some common negative concerns with addiction are relationships, employment, health, mental health, and legal. Dealing with these issues can leave you feeling angry, depressed, anxious, feelings of low self-esteem ad hopelessness. I know these challenges don't just affect you-they affect your family and loved ones, too. I will help you help yourself gain the skills to improve life balance, clarity, improve family relationships while using evidence-based proven approaches. We can start with a comfortable, safe, no judgement space. I understand that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process. My role is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your support system, and make choices thsat move you toward the life you want to build. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am warm, honest, and a great listener who will hold you responsible to do the work needed for your benefit. I enjoy working with adult clients to help you achieve your goals. I'm passionate about walking, hiking, and diving into books from all kinds of genres. I'm also a big fan of trying different foods.

I would like a 15 minute free consultation to ensure I can help you. My approach depends on your specific needs. We will proceed collaboratively, proactively, tailoring steps for your positive outcomes.
