Debra Francis, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
I view therapy as a collaborative and restorative processâone that honors each clientâs story, culture, and capacity for growth. Every personâs journey is unique, and my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences, uncover strengths, and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but rediscovering the parts of you that already know how to heal. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, mindfulness, and strengthbased approaches to help clients manage stress, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical coping tools. I also draw from traumainformed and familysystems perspectives, recognizing the ways relationships, history, and identity shape our emotional lives. These methods allow us to move beyond symptom relief toward deeper, lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. Clients describe my approach as warm, grounded, and collaborativeâa balance of professional guidance and genuine human connection. Together, we work to restore balance, strengthen resilience, and create a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and hope.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
