I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, and here I am today working to help children and adults get through difficult times. It brings me tremendous satisfaction to walk beside clients and to be a part of watching change happen in their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance use, low self-esteem, self-harm, childhood/adult trauma or those who grew up in an alcoholic or other dysfunctional family.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial session, we will explore the issues that are causing you distress and collaborate to create a plan for addressing your issues. Generally, my clients begin to see improvements after the first couple of sessions.
