I have been in practice for a number of years and use an eclectic approach to drawing upon client strengths and needs. I incorporate neuroscience and evidence-based methods to aid in creating lasting change and empowering clients toward individuality and growth. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University - New England in Keene, NH, and hold a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University.

I engage clients in a manner that is comfortable for them. I simply meet them where they are at. I use the assessment as a catalyst for determining areas that require intervention and approach treatment by utilizing strategies that are identified and collaboratively agreed upon between me and the client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Through cohesive and collaborative treatment planning, clients are made to feel important and connected to the therapeutic process by being empowered to share their feelings and, concerns, and state their needs. They are also engaged in the outcome focused treatment through the use of continuous evaluation through screenings and assessment.
