What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals, couples, and families on conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, anxiety, depression, transitions, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy issues, anger management, career difficulties, compassion fatigue, ADHD, adoption and foster care, first responder issues, jealousy, and obsessions and compulsions. My style is caring, compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative. You can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout our work together. I create a safe space where you can explore your concerns openly and work toward the changes you seek.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I evolved into this role after working with children and families as a community social worker in multicultural environments and spending time in early childhood development. These experiences shaped my understanding of how relationships and systems influence our well-being. Our sessions together will be a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard and respected. I'll use my experiences as a skilled and seasoned therapist to join with you in a compassionate and collaborative manner, while partnering with you in achieving your desired goals.
