What should a new client know about working with you?

There are many therapeutic models, our goal will be to evolve toward a therapeutic approach that will guide us to what will best serve you and/or your loved ones. We often start with talk therapy, using a cognitive behavioral model to identify your current mindset and what is working and what is not working for you in your current life situation. In other words, let us identify what brings you to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we will work toward identifying your priorities and primary goals. What you want to accomplish through therapy. We will identify the amount of time you can and are willing to invest in this goal. I need to have a good understanding of your expectations and an understanding of your current situation. As well, as what you want to be different. When you are ready to start working with me, my contact information is available to you on this page. Your goal for emotional and mental health wellness is my goal.
