I am a trauma-informed therapist with over 10 years experience treating the issues of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, couple's counseling, sexual trauma, transitioning after divorce, and many others. I am licensed in California and South Carolina. Let's create a personalized treatment just for you. Weekly appointments, or as needed.

I will listen carefully to your concerns and incorporate Solution-Focused trauma, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies, to help you connect with your personal values, desires, and needs.
