What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work together usually begins with getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll identify goals together and choose approaches that feel right for you, whether that includes CBT techniques, play therapy elements, or other supportive strategies. Sessions often blend skill-building, reflection, and exploration, always guided by your needs in the moment. My goal is to create a steady, encouraging space where growth feels possible and progress is celebrated.
