Hello, I'm Dee. I have had the privilege of counseling clients with addictions and trauma successfully for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I have also specialized in teaching clients new ways to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and more. I firmly believe that we all have within ourselves the ability to heal. With some guidance and the right tools, we can find creative solutions to our problems and use these challenges as motivation to improve our lives. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I think it's very important to meet you where you currently are in your journey and work from that point. Everyone deserves respect and compassion, as well as the opportunity to have added support when needed. My approach combines transpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and client-centered counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
