My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges & build the skills you need to find peace, clarity and self acceptance. My expertise & passion includes: • Healing from trauma • Managing addiction and substance use (there's more than one way to address these) • Navigating grief and loss, including pet loss • Improving body image & self-esteem • Reducing stress through mindfulness & meditation

The initial consultation is a low-pressure opportunity for us to ensure we are a good match. Therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable and heard. In my practice, I utilize an integrated approach, blending CBT and DBT frameworks to provide evidence-based care tailored to your specific needs.
