Hi there, I'm Deidra! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana and over 20 years of experience. I specialize in trauma but also treat a variety of other cases. My approach My approach to therapy is eclectic because no two cases are the same. For trauma, I utilize EMDR, somatic exercises, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I also use CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My focus I work with all age groups, as we all experience trauma in our lives. My communication style I’m very practical in my approach. You can expect direct communication with compassion. Most clients say it’s easy to talk to me and that I make them feel comfortable and understood.
