Getting to know Deirdre Holladay

I enjoy assisting clients with processing their trauma and I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, and recently got my Certification in DBT. I use a Person-centered approach with all of my clients, and I am fully trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well. I enjoy helping clients learn to manage depression, mood disorders, and anxiety. I have a lot of experience with anger management and impulse control techniques and enjoy teaching those skills. I believe that my clients are the expert in their own lives, and they are capable of making positive change. I seek to support, motivate, encourage, and guide my clients.
