If you’ve gotten really good at pushing through, minimizing your feelings, and telling yourself you’ll deal with it later, therapy can be a place where “later” finally arrives. I work with adults and couples who are functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally worn down on the inside. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or ongoing relationship struggles and are tired of pretending everything is fine. With individuals, I offer space to slow down, be honest, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying so you can feel more grounded and supported. With couples, I help partners work through conflict, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting. I take my time with people. I pay attention to what’s said and what’s avoided, and I help you name the things you’ve learned to carry quietly. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding what’s driving your anxiety, disconnection, or exhaustion so you can stop reacting on autopilot and start making choices that actually support your well-being. You don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle. Change is possible, and support is available now. Schedule your session today and start moving toward a life with more peace and stability.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Many people I work with are new to therapy or have tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t really help. They care about their time and want support that actually leads to change, not just talking in circles. Working with me is a partnership. You bring your experiences, questions, and what you want to be different in your life. I help you slow things down, notice patterns, and understand what’s been keeping you stuck. We focus on making sense of what’s happening and finding clearer, healthier ways forward. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to start. You don’t need to be calm, confident, or put together. What matters is honesty and a willingness to look at what’s not working. Therapy with me is meant to be useful. Over time, the goal is more peace, clearer direction, and a stronger sense of purpose so you’re not just getting through life, but actually living it.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Most people come to therapy wanting to feel better, but many are unsure whether they’ll feel understood or supported enough for real change to happen. Trust matters. Without it, therapy doesn’t work. Our work begins with building a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and taken seriously. We spend time understanding your experiences, your concerns, and what led you to reach out. Some clients come with clear goals, others just know something needs to change. Both are welcome. As trust develops, we work together to make sense of patterns that may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. With couples, the focus is on helping both partners feel heard while addressing the dynamics that create conflict or distance. With individuals, the work centers on increasing awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and responding to life with more clarity and steadiness. This process is both supportive and purposeful. Over time, clients often feel more grounded, more connected to themselves and others, and more confident in the choices they make. The goal is not just to feel understood, but to experience real, lasting change.
