I also address racial stereotypes and cultural misconceptions that shape sexuality, relationships, and self-image, helping you reclaim pleasure, safety, and authentic connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach centers on building emotional safety and improving communication so partners can rebuild trust and intimacy. I help clients address mismatched desire, disconnection, and sexual wounds using somatic practices to understand the body’s responses and regulate the nervous system. I create a calming, supportive space to deepen connection and desire. I center Black individuals and couples and welcome BIPOC clients seeking culturally responsive therapy. I’m kink-positive, CNM-affirming, and committed to safe spaces for Black women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ adults, and diverse relationships. My goal is to offer a space where clients feel represented, respected, and fully understood.
