What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complex trauma, offering trauma-informed therapy for clients ages 6+ across all stages of life. I teach children emotional regulation skills, assist teens with navigating identity and life transitions, and support young adults managing the complexities of adulthood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health care and creating an inclusive, supportive space where everyone, especially those from marginalized communities, feel seen and heard. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I’ll be here to walk alongside you through the process of healing and self-discovery.
