My approach is rooted in relational therapy while incorporating evidence-based practices based on each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure-based interventions, and other therapeutic techniques. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
