My ap Working with anyone, people struggling with mental health challenges, life transitions, and deeper connection, meaning, or self-understanding is my goal. Trained at the University of Texas at Austin (BA in Psychology, minor in Philosophy; MSW), I bring clinical training, diverse practice experience, and lived experience perspective to therapy. My experience is varied. Past roles include psychotherapy for veterans, addiction recovery for adolescents and adults, residential care for trauma-exposed teens, and behavior therapy for children with autism. A relational orientation guides treatment and my clients are met with respect, curiosity, and nonjudgment; open feedback about the therapy process is actively encouraged to ensure a safe, collaborative dynamic. Clients’ knowledge of their own lives is honored, and interventions are tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. Consultation calls are welcome to discuss fit, goals, and next steps. Sessions are paced according to clients’ needs and priorities.

What should a new client know about working with you?

While I primarily practice relational therapy, I also practice other evidence-based modalities depending on my client’s goals and preferences, including CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, and more.
