Helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being is my true passion. I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy, using a variety of techniques tailored to your uniqueness. Some of my techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, holistic/integrative, somatic therapy, spiritual, and faith-based approaches. My specialties include women’s issues, anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, grief processing, spiritual issues, ASD, and neurodiversity. What sets me apart is my well-rounded approach, passion for counseling, deep empathy, and commitment to helping others.
