Getting to know Delenny Dubose

It is not easy to ask for help, but sometimes we have to admit that what we are doing may not be working. If you are dealing with depression, grief, loss, anxiety, or trauma, my goal is to help you find what works so you can be the best version of yourself and start to live a happier life. I strive to make therapy collaborative and comfortable because I understand the importance of talking to someone without feeling judged or criticized. Therapy is about healing, motivation, and empowerment. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and seniors on a variety of issues. Depression and anxiety are the most common diagnoses I see daily. I am also passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships between their Adverse Childhood Experiences and current mental health needs. One of the most important things I learned from being a social worker is that I may be a person's last stop for help. Therefore, I have dedicated myself to utilizing my skill set in the best interest of my clients so they feel individualized and supported throughout their journey.
