I do not offer prescriptions.
I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work towards identifying goals, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. Remember, I'm here to support you every step of the way
What is your typical process for working with clients?
After our initial appointment/intake, I will conduct an assessment to understand the presenting issues. We will work together to establish goals and clarify what you'd hope to achieve. I will employ various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to your needs and goals and develop a treatment plan to get you back to being/feeling yourself. Throughout this process, I'll maintain confidentiality, empathy and a non judgmental space.

I would like to thank Ms. D. Hampton for her excellent service as counselor at Mosic Tree Counselling; she has been counselling my daugther and has been very professional and helpful. My daugther feels like she has a best friend to talk, and she always gives me good feed back after her visits. In another note, I recommend my best fried who was dealing with family issues and he has obtained great results. So I definitely recommend Ms. Denies Hampton as a great therapies, not only for young adults but also as for adults with marriage problems.
