Getting to know Delishia Williams

Today's world is full of barriers to finding ease in being our authentic selves. This beautiful inner spirit that makes us who we are is often masked with grief from loss; finding too much on our plates each day; and bumping into the strain that our peers are also carrying. I graduated from Howard University; Washington; D.C. with a Master's degree in Social Work. My studies focused on transitions we face as we age. I later worked for hospice supporting intense life transitions. This background rooted my therapy practice in finding meaning in life; inner human strengths; and mindfulness.
