My services are particularly beneficial for addressing workplace issues, personal growth and awareness, identifying underlying causes and patterns, as well as managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, insomnia, and more. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, but I also incorporate Insight-Oriented Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Behavioral Modification Therapy as needed. I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where we can focus on what matters most to you.
