You've come to the right place. My goal is to help high-achieving women of color who experience anxiety by providing supportive reflection, a listening ear, and accountability peppered with grace. I encourage you to reach out to me if collaborative care is what you need! When you decide to work with me, you can expect hearty support and accountability to grow into the woman you want to be, while I provide you with realistic information about anxiety as a high-achieving woman of color in this world. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which equips me to offer compassionate and informed care tailored to your unique experiences.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-focused, mixed in with humor and hearty support.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
