With over 20 years of experience within the mental health sector, I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, relationship challenges, and family conflict. As a Black woman and clinician, I hold space for the unique mental health needs of Black women and communities of color while also welcoming men and individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking healing and growth. I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying so much alone. I offer a safe and affirming space where you don’t have to filter or explain away your experiences.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive, and affirming space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Whether it’s anxiety, identity, relationship issues, burnout, or healing from trauma. My practice is open and inclusive to all individuals seeking to be seen, heard, and supported in their full humanity.
