You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy after earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, I have embraced the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity about why we act and think the way we do, combined with my own life’s challenges and experiences, has led me to a place of compassion—not only for my own choices but for others as well. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which lead to actions. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran, I know all too well the shame that can accompany our personal choices and behaviors. I also understand the fear of JUDGMENT that often comes with considering therapy. This is a no-judgment zone, and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life, then you have landed in the right place!
What should a new client know about working with you?
In your initial visit, I want to know what you hope to gain from working with me. If this is hard to identify, that is OK, we will start there! We will then identify what you recognize is and isn’t working well for you in your life. Therapy is not advice. It is an investment in ourselves toward desired changes in life we desire to live with intention. Yes! INTENTIONAL living! Together we will focus on what hasn't been working for you and create a game plan to help you TAKE FLIGHT on the goals and dreams you have for your life!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
