Demetria is a Louisville native and a University of Louisville Alumni. Her bachelors degree is in Political Science which she received from the University of Louisville in 2017. She later received her masters degree in 2020 from Lindsey Wilson College in Human Development, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Demetria is currently a PhD-ABD doctoral student at Capella University in Counselor Education and Supervision. She was a 2023 nominee for 'wellness professional of the year' due to her continuous passion for serving her clients and supporting her colleagues alike.
Demetria enjoys helping her clients identify the barriers in their journey to becoming their ideal selves. Then, assisting them with overcoming those barriers in most areas of their lives. Counseling can be a rewarding experience, and she is excited to be a part of her client's journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Demetria specializes in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma disorders. She works with ages 12 and up. My ideal client is ready to evolve. We will talk, laugh, and uncover some challenging topics. It is my goal to assist you with challenging yourself to evolve into your ideal, healed version of yourself. Let's chat!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
