I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals, families and groups in diverse populations. I have experience in child therapy, grief therapy, training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have experience working with children, teenagers and adults who are dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience with neurodivergent individuals to assist in acquiring socialization, communication, and coping skills by using sessions to learn and apply strategies in their daily living and social interactions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There is an initial intake session to go over reasons why you initiated therapy and what types of goals and outcomes you would like to receive while in therapy. I use a person-centered and holistic approach that is tailored specifically to each client.
