Denell Ragas graduated from Southern NH University in 2016 with a M.S. in clinical mental health counseling. Since graduating she has obtained her License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) and worked primarily serving adults with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma. She continues to assist clients on their path to wellbeing and being a supportive tool to healing and the recovery process utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavior therapy, stress reduction skills, mindfulness practices and dialectical behavior therapy. Denell Ragas looks forward to beginning the mission with clients to positive mental health and helping clients navigate through life successfully with effective tools as well as understanding and kindness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
