Getting to know Denese Etheridge

Life is extremely stressful especially lately. There is so much going on in the world and so many things we are trying to figure out. Seems like a new problem/issue pops up every other day if not every day. It can make a once peaceful existence feel more chaotic. We are all dealing with something and at some point we all need help in some capacity. I am here to try to provide that help. Do you want to learn new way to manage your anxiety? Do you feel you are not being heard at home or work? Are you feeling more down than usual lately? Do you feel just misunderstood? Have you experienced events that have impacted you in a negative way and you are ready to talk about it? Are there things from your childhood, past relationships or friendships that continue to weigh heavily on your mind constantly? If one of these or all of these apply to you, let's talk! Through treatment modalities such as CBT, solution focused treatment, motivational interviewing and talk therapy, we can figure things out together. I received my Master's Degree from Norfolk State University which opened the door for me to complete my 2+ years of clinical practice. I have worked with combat veterans with PTSD, adolescents with anxiety and depression, family they need a little guidance in solving interpersonal issues, along with a host of other issues.
