I am a Licensed clinical Social Worker (LCSW), for the past 10 years I have provided a supportive and safe space where a person can be themselves without judgement. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life experiences, substance use concerns, and life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that healing requires both understanding the past and managing the present by blending practical cognitive behavioral tools with deep psychodynamic insight. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where together we identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident and create meaningful change. I also have experience supporting postpartum parents who may be navigating anxiety, depression, changes in identity, relationship stress, and the emotional adjustment that comes with this new phase of life.

Whether you’re struggling with something that has been weighing on you for years or dealing with a recent life change, therapy can be a place to pause, process, and begin to move forward. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout that process.
