What should a new client know about working with you?

Right now, everything feels heavy because you’re holding too much without enough support… especially as you balance your career, your family, and caring for aging parents. In therapy, you learn how to manage caregiver stress, reduce anxiety, and move through the overwhelm with more clarity and emotional control… instead of constantly reacting, second-guessing, or feeling stretched too thin. I provide virtual therapy throughout Florida that supports adults and caregivers navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the emotional weight of caring for aging parents… so you can keep showing up for your life without losing yourself in the process. If you’ve been wondering how to support others without losing yourself in the process, you’re in the right place.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you’re used to being the one everyone relies on, you’re probably not used to having a space that’s just for you. I’m Denise, a licensed therapist in Florida with years of experience supporting professionals and caregivers who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and the emotional weight of caring for others. I understand how easy it is to keep pushing through… until it starts to feel like too much. My approach is calm, grounded, and focused on what actually helps. This isn’t just a place to vent or rehash the same patterns. It’s a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and start responding to your life with more clarity, steadiness, and control. I also provide inclusive, affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ clients and individuals across all identities. You don’t have to filter yourself or explain your experience here… you can show up exactly as you are. I’ve created a space where you can pause, reflect, and reset…while building sustainable ways to move forward without burning yourself out.
