Between work pressures, school demands, social media, and the push to “do it all,” you may find yourself stuck in patterns that leave you exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. I’m here to help. Using evidence-based strategies, attachment-focused work, and values exploration, I’ll help you develop practical skills to manage anxiety, strengthen your relationships, and gain more confidence and clarity. You can’t control everything around you, but by understanding your patterns and shifting your approach, you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life and family. My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that people are inherently good and doing their best. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, equitable space where all identities are respected, and where you can explore your challenges with curiosity, compassion, and hope. Humans long for connection, belonging, and purpose. Together, we’ll work to help you reclaim your strengths, align your actions with your values, and build the meaningful, connected life you deserve. I have a Master of Education in Counseling from Indiana University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). With over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families, I specialize in treating anxiety and providing parenting skills training. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness based practices. I am also trained in Conscious Discipline, a neuroscience-based approach to parenting and discipline, and my work is informed by Dan Siegel’s research on the mind and Polyvagal Theory.
