I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples offering guidance and compassion. I have worked in various therapeutic settings including private clinics, hospitals, residential care. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing Client-Centered therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion-focused therapy. I also am very considerate of those who have a faith based practice and find it valuable in the healing process. Being in the moment and unpacking feelings is a process which is sacred in session.
