I strive to provide an open, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment in which my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, talking, growing, and making changes in their daily lives. I assist my clients in gaining a greater understanding of their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts to lead a fulfilling life. My clients often experience life changes such as everyday stressors, depression, anxiety, loss, life transitions, marriage, divorce, and parent/child relationships. I work with my clients to identify their strengths, areas for change and growth, and support their journey toward a fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is personalized to my clients' personalities and needs. I provide encouragement, support, and feedback to assist my clients with their life changes and ongoing journey. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University, Sarasota, which informs my compassionate and client-centered practice.
