What should a new client know about working with you?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my main approach to therapy, but prefer to tailor the modalities to your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session will typically look like me asking questions to get to know who you are and what your goals are. After this, we will create a treatment plan together to make the best use of your time. I often include resources such as worksheets or books to some of our sessions too.
