I work with young adult males and females with Generalized Anxiety Disorder who are struggling with issues such as finding employment, securing housing, managing money, navigating interpersonal relationships, finishing college, getting a job, saving to move out, and meeting peers to establish meaningful connections. I use mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support those dealing with depression. Additionally, I employ problem-solving strategies to help clients feel empowered in their decision-making. I want to see you succeed, and I encourage you to use our time together to talk about any topic without fear of judgment. My goal is for therapy sessions to be a space where you can navigate life's challenges and experience growth by having me listen and serve as an empathetic guide. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Georgian Court University.
