What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical talk therapy session is a safe, supportive space where clients can openly discuss their thoughts, feelings, challenges, and goals without judgment. Sessions usually last about 45–60 minutes and may focus on current stressors, past experiences, relationships, emotional concerns, coping skills, or personal growth.
