I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Master's in Social Work and hold a Clinical Social Work License in Missouri and Kansas. Prior to private practice, I worked in a rape crisis center, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and a children's hospital. I have extensive experience in trauma, difficult family relationships, and teaching how to better cope with anxiety and depression. My practice focuses on adult women using cognitive and solution-focused therapies incorporating expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and meditation.
