I enjoy connecting your past experiences with current life choices. I love helping people see that they have all of the skills they need for change, they just may not know it yet. Incorporating laughter, moments of relaxation and finding joy are a must for our sessions. My ultimate goal is to have the client leaving the session feeling better than when they started.
