Hello, I’m Denise. I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected find clarity, build healthier relationships, and take meaningful steps toward emotional wellness. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques to personalize care and support your unique needs and goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master of Science in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Over the past 8 years, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, ADHD, anger management, career transitions, and identity exploration. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with advanced training in helping those healing from emotional abuse, PTSD, and complex trauma. My ideal clients are adults and adolescents who are ready to work through patterns that no longer serve them—whether related to stress, mood, self-esteem, or past experiences. I also specialize in supporting clients navigating issues around sex and intimacy, LGBTQIA+ identity, grief and loss, and life transitions.
