As a Mental Health Therapist with a Master's in Social Work from the University of New England, I am passionate about building trust and rapport through a non-judgmental, client-centered, strengths-based approach. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy.
In my practice, trauma-informed care-the ability for the client to feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered in a nonjudgmental, safe environment-is the basis for deep healing and change to occur. I focus on empathy and connection with clients in session. I am eager to hear your story and how I can help you best.
