I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) providing virtual therapy for adults across New York. I hold a graduate degree in mental health counseling and have experience working in diverse clinical settings, supporting individuals with a range of emotional and relational challenges.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. I am particularly passionate about helping high-functioning individuals who appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. I also provide services in Spanish and value creating a culturally responsive space for clients from diverse backgrounds.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and insight-oriented. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on helping you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions with me are structured yet flexible, providing both a space to process and practical tools you can apply in your daily life.
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly seen and understood. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and grow is at the core of my work.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new restaurants, and prioritizing self-care and balance in my own life, values I also encourage in my clients.
