As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University, I am dedicated to assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds in pursuing their goals with intention. I have had the opportunity to offer psychotherapy to a variety of populations, including veterans, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. My clinical experience encompasses both individual sessions and group therapy, enabling me to assist clients in tailored and collaborative settings. I have worked in psychiatric units, delivering care to individuals confronting significant mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, psychosis, and cognitive disabilities.
My therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, aimed at helping you recognize thought patterns, enhance coping skills, and develop actionable strategies customized to your specific goals. I view therapy as a way to create meaningful change. It provides individuals with an opportunity to reflect, grow, and become more accountable. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with clarity and purpose.
